Whsky, operated by Real Estate Outlaws LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for licensed real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.
Agent Information: Name, email, phone number, and professional details provided during account registration.
Client Information: Contact details (name, phone number, email) that agents enter into the CRM about their real estate clients. This data is provided by the agent based on their existing business relationships.
Communication Data: SMS messages sent and received through the platform between agents and their clients. Call recordings and transcripts when call recording is enabled with appropriate consent.
Usage Data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, and technical logs for service improvement and debugging.
Agents use the Whsky platform to send text messages to clients who have provided their phone number directly to the agent and given explicit consent to receive messages. Consent is captured verbally, in writing, or through our online opt-in form. For full details, see our SMS/MMS Messaging Terms.
Message frequency varies based on agent-client communication activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Opt-Out: Message recipients can opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Upon opting out, the recipient will receive a single confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed and will not receive any more messages. Reply HELP for help or START to re-subscribe." No further messages will be sent after the opt-out confirmation.
Help: Recipients may reply HELP to any message to receive support information, including contact details for assistance at support@realestateoutlaws.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
When call recording is enabled, all parties are notified via an automated disclosure at the beginning of the call, in compliance with applicable state and federal wiretapping laws. Recordings are stored securely and retained for up to 90 days.
All data is stored on encrypted AWS infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest, encryption in transit (TLS), and access controls. Database credentials and API keys are managed through AWS Secrets Manager.

Account data is retained for the duration of the agent's active subscription. Call recordings are automatically deleted after 90 days. Agents may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion.
